Our Cake Flavours
Our cakes come in a range of flavours including but not limited to;
DIVINE CHOCOLATE MUD
A deliciously moist chocolate mud cake that will have people wanting more ! Not too rich - just right to be enjoyed with coffee or as a desert with whipped cream or on its own.
WICKED WHITE CHOCOLATE MUD
A wickedly delicious mud cake made with white chocolate. This cake is fast becoming a favourite ! Another lovely moist cake that keeps very well.
DARK FRUIT CAKE
This beautiful rich fruit cake has one of my favourite ingredients in it - dark chocolate ! It is made with delicious plump fruit which is soaked in Brandy to enhance the flavour. This cake has no mixed peel, nuts or glace cherries.
LIGHT FRUIT CAKE
This is the fruit cake that Nanna always made. Full of mixed fruit soaked in sherry and with the addition of glace cherries and almonds. This cake is not as rich as the Dark Fruit Cake but just as delicious.
COCONUT CAKE
A delightful coconut cake that is full of flavour while still being lovely and moist. Delicious layered with white chocolate ganache.
CARROT CAKE
Who can resist a carrot cake jam packed full of carrots, sultanas, walnuts and aromatic spices. This is a great cake for those who don't like anything too sweet.
FLOURLESS ORANGE AND ALMOND CAKE
This is a gluten and dairy free cake well suited to those with special dietary requirements. A lovely citrus flavour.
Our Gourmet Cupcakes and Mini Cakes also come in a range of flavours including Vanilla, Chocolate, Macadamia Nut and Banana, Orange and Poppy Seed to name a few.
We use an assortment of icings on our cupcakes such as buttercream, ganache, cream cheese frosting, fondant and chocolate fudge frosting.
Minimum order for cupcakes is 12.
